1. About us

This website is operated by THE CLAIMS SPECIALISTS (UK) LIMITED, company number 06922209,  whose registered office is at 167A Dunstable Road, Luton, Beds, LU1 1BW. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities under Firm Reference Number 830096.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these Website Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not  use the website. Separate contractual terms may apply if you instruct us, enter into a hire agreement, use a repair or recovery service, or instruct a solicitor.

3. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about our business and allows visitors to submit accident and claims-related enquiries. Website content is general information only and should not be treated as legal advice.

4. No guarantee of claim acceptance or outcome

Submitting an enquiry does not mean that a claim, repair, replacement vehicle, credit-hire arrangement, legal referral or other service has been accepted. We do not guarantee liability, recovery, compensation, the value of a claim, the duration of a claim, or any particular outcome.

5. AI-assisted enquiries

We may use an AI-assisted system on our website, through WhatsApp or through connected systems to collect initial information, ask qualification questions, summarise answers, route an enquiry and create or update CRM records.

The AI assistant does not provide legal advice and is not intended to make a final legal-liability decision or promise that a claim will be accepted. Where information is uncertain or professional judgement is required, the matter should be referred for human review.

6. Information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and must not knowingly provide false, misleading or fraudulent information. You should tell us promptly if relevant information changes or if you discover that information previously provided was incorrect.

7. Our services

Depending on the circumstances, our services or arrangements may include:

  • accident-management and claims-management assistance;
  • vehicle recovery, inspection or repair arrangements;
  • replacement vehicle or credit-hire arrangements;
  • liaison with insurers and relevant third parties; and referral or introduction to an independent solicitor or other professional.

8. Replacement vehicles and credit hire

A replacement vehicle is not automatically available in every case. Where a vehicle is supplied under a separate hire or credit-hire agreement, that agreement will contain the specific terms, obligations and charges that apply. You should read those terms carefully before signing.

9. Solicitor referrals

Where we introduce or refer you to a solicitor, that solicitor is an independent professional and will decide whether to accept instructions. The solicitor-client relationship is governed by the solicitor’s own retainer and terms of business. You remain free to choose another solicitor.

10. Fees and charges

Any fees or charges payable in connection with a particular service will be explained in the relevant agreement, engagement document or terms before they become binding. Any solicitor’s fees are governed by the solicitor’s own terms.

11. Communications and marketing

Service communications may be sent where necessary to deal with an enquiry or matter. Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing at any time.

12. Website availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care over website content, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete, accurate or up to date. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems, accounts or data;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • submit information you have no lawful right to provide; or
  • misuse automated forms, chat or communications systems.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for your own lawful personal or business enquiry, but you must not reproduce or exploit protected content without permission except where the law allows.

15. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content or privacy practices of third-party websites or services, although we remain responsible for our own legal obligations when we use processors or share personal information.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information instead of obtaining advice appropriate to your individual circumstances, or for failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

17. Privacy and cookies

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

18. Complaints
